Free Returns
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery.
If you decide to return an item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Customers must contact us at info@craftforall.store to initiate a return and receive return instructions.
Items must be returned in their original condition. Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return shipping is free for damaged or incorrect items.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
